Born in West Oz and now living in Bali with my wife Morgan and son Kai. Life is good. Living in Bali and being a surfing photographer go hand in hand. Everyone knows Indonesia has waves but for sure you never get bored seeing them and exploring for new ones.
After years of travelling around chasing waves to surf myself my wife and I had a lucky break at Vegas and Morgan won a bunch of money on black jack which in turn lead me to buy my first camera. While in Mexico my life changes and photography became my new passion.
I have been shooting professional now for the last 5 years and in that time have got to experience some of the best times in my life. Travelling around the world chasing waves is differently one of the best parts of my job. I like to shoot images through my eyes and create something different out of it. Surf photography is a very tricky business to be in with so many guys calling themselves photographers today but a little competition never hurt anyone.
The best way to sum up being a surf photographer for me is surfing is my life and shooting photos is my passion.
